Leadership, communication
and team building was the key element that we sought and were
focused for the workshop conducted at CUG on 29 March 2008.
Focused with the motive of getting things
done together in a group basis. This workshop was organized
for the executives of Chaudhary Group.
Leadership is not
only to lead oneself to a better person but leading
the people around you to the achieving goals of the
organization.
The workshop targeted on helping all levels officials
to become better leaders and build the kind of leadership
teams to position and sustain group at all the levels.
Interacting among teams within would ultimately acquire
the insights concepts and strategies.

This was to build the indirect
contact and better knowing of the persons in the organization.
To encourage person-to-person relationship and help
the organization to grow to its maximum thereby contributing
to the necessary ultimatum criteria’s.
