old bypass cardiac patient launched a Mission: Save Heart
Cardiac Care Ambulance amidst a function held at the Norvic-Escorts
International Hospital premises on January 12, 2007. Considered
to be the country’s first Cardiac Care Mobile CCU Ambulance,
it is fully equipped with all the state-of-the-art life saving
equipments.

The Mission: Save Heart Mobile Cardiac Care Ambulance will
provide instant treatment of the patient right from the time
the patient is picked up and also during the travel period
to the hospital so that crucial time is not lost. Novic will
provide such facilities to the patients within Kathmandu Valley.
Dr. R. R. Kasliwal while congratulating Norvic Hospital for
introducing such a facility added that this will prove to
be a “milestone” in cardiac care treatment and
management of the “golden hour” which is considered
to be very crucial for any heart attack patients. He further
emphasized that this facility will go a long way in confidence
building among the patients and medical institutions like
Norvic. On the occasion Dr. Kasliwal also congratulated Dr.
Bharat Rawat for his tremendous work and efforts that he has
put in the field of cardiology in Nepal.
