Ltd., established by Chaudhary Group and its associate has acquired the management share of Nepal Lube Oil Ltd. (promoted by NOC - an HMG/Nepal enterprise), under the liberalisation policy of HMG/Nepal effective from 1991, culminating to the privatisation of Nepal Lube Oil Ltd. in 1994.

As projected by analysts, the demand for commercial energy will increase at a rapid rate in the future. The group intends to enhance its presence in the field of petroleum downstream marketing.

The automobile division boasts of being the sole supplier of taxis in Kathmandu. Maruti 800 has been the most favoured and the only choice of the customer for taxis.
