CG Operation DrishtiThe Chaudhary Group launched CG Operation Drishti to facilitate eye care for low income senior citizens with no access to health care and helplessly moving towards blindness with untreated cataract.
The CG Operation Drishti is in partnership with HelpAge International, a unique worldwide alliance standing up for the rights of older people, with over 85 affiliates in more than 50 countries.
For Operation Drishti, Phase Two, from late 2012 to spring 2013, CG and Helpage are committed to do cataract surgeries on a minimum of 2000 elderly patients in the far flung hilly regions as well as the plains, from Jhapa to Doti.
