Chaudhary Group

CG|Education, a unit of Chaudhary Group, Nepal’s first multinational company envisions to be the best in educational sector in Nepal. Since its establishment, it has seven institutions under its umbrella and they are The Chandbagh School, The Chandbagh Pre-School, Delhi Public School- Birgunj, Campion School, Campion Academy, Campion Kathmandu Higher Secondary School, and Campion College. Apart from our regular academic institutions, we also have a vocational training institute in Chaudhary Udyog Gram [CUG]. In the period of next five years, CG|Education plans to invest Rs. 100 crores with 25 institutions and around 10,000 students.

To achieve our vision and mission, we have not only initiated our own home grown educational institutions under the brand name “Chandbagh”, but have also secured affiliations from the best available educational institutions and boards. With CBSE Board, one of the largest educational boards in the world we have two schools. We have joint a venture partnership with Manipal K-12 (now Pearsons Education Services Pvt. Ltd.), a world renowned educational leader and four educational institutions are operating under this joint venture. We also have a GCE A Level Program which is governed by The Cambridge University. In short, our aim is to cater from KG to PG and become a complete educational solution in Nepal. As stated we are looking for like-minded institutions with the aim to synergize and grow in this sector. We are the in the process of inter acting with a few at the moment. Our studies have shown that there is opportunity in education in Nepal.

CG|Education has it social service aspect too. CG Group in the recent times has assisted and initiated many socio-educational initiatives in Nepal. Scholarships through Gyan Udhaya Program and supporting “Samata Group of Schools” are a few prominent CSR efforts from our side. In fact our CSR focus is and has been related to the educational upliftment and growth. This is because we firmly believe that by up lifting education we are directly contributing towards the growth of our nation.

DPS Birgunj

DPS Birgunj, a CBSE Board School has a world class infrastructure. It provides the students with excellent facilities. Being student friendly, learning is fun for children in DPS. DPS pays equal importance to academics as well as extra-curricular activities for a holistic development of students.The school holds a lot of promise and potential in terms of educational output and growth in future.

As of now, there are approximately 360 students studying in the school.

Vocational Training Institute

The vocational training programme of CG is conducted in collaboration with Manmohan Memorial Polytechnic. The basic intention behind this venture is to train local man power and equip them with basic skills which would help them gain and exploit employment opportunities in the market. This programme will also help Nepalese workers to seek beter employment opportunities abroad Currently, it is conducting its first batch of students with the strength of 15 in mechanical fitting course within its own industrial estate, CUG at Nawalparasi. CG also plans to operate a world class technical training school offering market relevant cutting edge courses with the strength of some 1500 students at a stretch in partnership with some globally renowned institutions.

ICT Learning
