Responsibilities:
Coordinating with respective government/non-government agencies
to put a progress the Business development, carrying out the
legal correspondence, studying respective laws and preparing
compliance checklists and ensuring proper adherence and assisting
in major administrative affairs
Desired Qualifications:
Academics: LLB/BL or any other Graduate Legislative
Qualification
Experience: More than 2 yrs (real estate/construction
background will be highly preferred)
Language: Knowledge of Tibetan or
Mandarin Language is a must.
Head Corporate Finance (GM/VP)
Responsibilities:
Corporate Governance, Cost Control and audits, Fund Management
and Control, Financial Performance and Profitability Management,
Projects, F&A System, Ensure compliances with company
SOPs.
Desired Qualification:
Academics:CA/ICWA/MBA-Finance
Experience:3 yrs of exposure in similar capacity
and 7+yrs of post qualification experience
Financial Advisor (GM/VP/Executive Advisor)
Responsibilities:
F&A System design and SOP Standardization, Optimization
of financial resources, Mergers,Acquisitions,New ventures
and expansions related activities and corporate structuring,
Statutory/System Compliances
Desired Qualification:
Academics:CA/MBA-Finance
Experience:5+ yrs of exposure in similar
capacity and 10+ yrs of post qualification experience (banking
background will be preferred). Retired/ing Bankers are also
encouraged to apply.
