A workshop on leadership, communication and team building was conducted at Chaudhary Udyog Gram from 26th to 28th Jan, 2007.The workshop focused on equiping the participants with knowledge, realization and skill which would enable to empower and infuse themselves with positive power.

The workshop organized by Nodan Club was targeted on helping senior executives become better leaders and build the kind of leadership teams to position and sustain group at the top.Raman Bhattarai was the director of the workshop and instructors were Yogendra Khatiwada,Sunil Baniya,Endra B.Rai, Manish K.Rai, Krishna Adhikari, Jitendra Raj Bajracharya, Sahadev Thapa, Rina Maharjan, Maya Gurung, Subash Adhikari and Smriti Lama.

It was a full 3 days program where each individual contributed and added to their skills. It emphasized the importance of how interaction among teams can ultimately acquire the insights concept and strategies required to take charge as inspiring leaders.
